Terms & Use

 Release: Client has usage rights to originals, scans for print up to 5x7. This means the client can use images & print images up to size 5x7 at any lab they like. Terra Sura Photography retains copyright/ownership for purposes of portfolio, promotion & stock. Keep this page for copyright documentation.

Advertising/Commercial Usage: This copyright release is intended only for the client, this is not a release for commercial use. It does not release the images for use in advertising or promotions such as magazine ad or promotional poster. For advertising usage contact Terra Sura Photography directly before using images. The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of the photograph exclusive right to reproduce the images. Its illegal to copy, scan or reproduce these images without the photographer’s permission.

Reprints: Within the online gallery, you have options to purchase enlargements products. Any print 8x10 or larger must be ordered through the gallery for quality control. If you do not see something listed that you want, please do inquire or purchase High Resolution file as you may then print on your own. It is not recommended to take your images to a quantity production facility such as Target, Wallmart, etc for reprints as prints are of a lesser quality. Some quality labs are Digigraphics (Mpls), National Camera, West Photo (Mpls) and Proex.  We recommend ordering through your gallery to ensure the highest quality enlargements.

Take care of your originals: When you receive your images they will be downloadable in your gallery, please treat them with care. Please be aware that from that point forward, you, the client, has 100% responsibility for their care. We do not provide back-up. Be sure to copy/back-up your downloaded images.  Terra Sura Photography does not take any responsibility for the care of your originals and prints once they are in your possesion.
